The project received the Finalist Award at the International Bicycle Design Competition 2000, in Taiwan. The idea consists of the adaptation of the bicycle’s form to the traffic conditions: 1. For small distances the user employs the classical position, very flexible and agile in traffic, but quite uncomfortable after some time. 2. For long distances, the user has the option of employing the ergonomic posture, a much more comfortable one. The change of the bicycle between those two positions is made in three stages and without the help of specialized tools.
